After several messages back and forth to ensure I was talking to a person, I was sent screen shots and a login for a very official web platform for a legit software company called OnPort. He also gave a second phone number to contact him through Whats App. I played along since I really need income and this seemed like a real human. My contact explained that major brands use this software to help even out sales over different websites. The platform earnings are structured that a "5% commission package" will require you to match funds and may send you 3 products to get that higher commission, which creates a negative balance in your account. It is a confusing structure and I saw examples in my trainers account where you need to pay multiple payments through the platform to bring your account positive. My trainer knew I wasn't in a position to match the funds. The platform says a salary after 4 days of doing this is promised, and you will need $50 to set up the required crypto transfer accounts. I withdrew funds and reinvested my assets for 4 days in a week, using crypto and matching my own money/under $1,000. As soon as I had a $500 salary in my account my "recruiter" put a larger amount in my training account so I suddenly had a tempting $900 in commission on top of "salary" that I cannot cash out until I "compete work" for the day. I was put in a place where I was told "youve earned $1400!! Pay 1800 to get it and risk that this will happen 2 more times" Currently I have $-1,746 they want me to match from the "deposits" made in my account on the 5th day. If I do this, the platform sends additional items to Match - 3 in the higher commission promised. It should not require further investment to withdraw your so called earnings. In hindsight a real company platform portal would have also sent me a Welcome email with further info nd not have to learn a job by exchanging screenshots through WhatsApp. I could have lost $2k today and many people are surely losing more. There was a helpful Group chat team he added me to where they brag about making money, and a person added to group same day as I signed up reached out to me individually. She's still encouraging me to go back to it and posing as a mother like me. Thankfully my family sent me a search result describing Crypto job scams and it detailed every single thing I had been through on the same day the site made me feel truly uncomfortable asking for more money.
