8/30 placed order 1:26pm. Offer said 80-90% off ordered several tops and a purse came to $*****. I was in JC Penney website, and this came up. I didn't rec order it's too soon, but I'm sure I won't. No confirmation of order. So, I called JC Penney. They had no record of any order.
