I purchased a dress on the website, which states New York. It is a bait & switch operation. The dress I received is not the dress pictured. When asked to return item, I was offered a 10% refund. I negotiated 30%, and no return of the dress. Pictures verify it is not the same as in the picture.

• Report the activity to the online payment service used for the financial transaction.
• Contact your financial institution immediately upon discovering any fraudulent or suspicious activity and direct them to stop or reverse the transactions.
• Ask your financial institution to contact the corresponding financial institution where the fraudulent or suspicious transfer was sent.
