I ordered three items from a store Elovidy.store on an app called shop.com on Aug 9, 2025 and it was allegedly shipped on Aug 11.I tracked the information regularly until suddenly I noticed it had stopped for clearance and then the information was translated in Chinese and the item has been stuck there since Aug 22 with no movement and it keeps saying at the top in transit.The entire website looked very suspicious. I reached out to the store and they asked me for the order number for the items 1 pair of earrings , a gold and silver bracelet were the items which I gave and they claimed that it was delivered. I told them that cant be I received nothing then they sent me a receipt with the wrong tracking number, the wrong items and someone else’s address in New York that said delivered and I lived in Maryland and that wasn’t my name or address.Plus the order number was different however close; my order number ended in 1491 the other order number ended in 1419. Then they asked me to get the translator app to help them understand.All the while in the subject line there is my correct order number and name .They continue asking for the order number telling me to be patient but didn’t admit their mistake nor show the correct receipt to show they understood they just sent me the same tracking that has been stuck in clearance and some unknown language after that. I wanted a refund and wanted no business with them.I was told I need to return the items (which I still haven’t received).Today I checked in and they made a fresh accusation that I received the items with no receipt as the one they sent me previously so I can verify this just more suspicious behavior.I am at my wits end with these people and it is hard to report through shop.com app ir Shopify or the route they chose as I purchased through ****** and it is complete not my direct account as I wanted to be safe and not give my card number. The url shop.com requires is not allowing me to move forward with the report of fraud from this store on their app.
