Description
On July 18, I saw this ad on TikTok for an eye cream and I went through the TikTok shop to purchase it. I purchased the eye cream. I went through PayPal to pay for it. I got a confirmation email for the order. A few days later I got the tracking information. (The tracking company they use often doesn’t show any information or doesn’t update at all). I emailed them again and asked where my product was. They keep sending me a email with the tracking number. Somewhere at the beginning of August I finally got an update from shipping company. They are holding my product for more postage. I sent an email to Radiask and I sent a screenshot of what the shipping company updated. Radiask asked me to pay for more shipping. I said “no”. I proceeded to ask for a full refund, after numerous emails to them through their support I still don’t have my refund or my product.
