worked my butt off and spent a lot of time and money to reach the almost impossible goals. Went to cash out when I reached $25 and still had $12 leftover. After going through the verification process about 20 times, finally said I was approved I would get my gift card in 72 hrs, then the next day my account was suspended for violating terms and conditions. Which I did not and what's even crazier is that to verify, you scan your face and ID, I should've known better, because why do they need that information for a digital gift card. Says you can appeal the suspension but through all my interactions with customer service, they're saying it's permanent and can't be undone. Just kind of suspicious after you have my face and personal info.. I'm now suspended
