I ordered and was billed for ordered products in the amount of $456.00 on July 31, 2025. There were two orders and each was billed separately for a total of $456.00 on PayPal. I received the ordered products August 7, 2025. After using it a few days, I didn't like it and called 888-277-7713 and spoke to a male but neglected to write down his name. Told him I wanted to return the order and was offered 50% off the billed price and could keep the order. I declined. He gave me the address but only a number, street name and zip code. When I asked about the name to put on the return box, he told me I didn't need it. However, I put LipoMax on the address. I returned the order in the same box it had been delivered in and immediately took it to the post office on August 7, 2025. I tracked the address each day. It was delivered to LipoMax August 20, 2025, at 12:40pm. I waited until today, Wednesday, August 27 to contact them through their customer service email: [email protected]. The email was sent back to me as "Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I thought I'd entered the incorrect address. Checked. Correct address. Searched their website again. A different email came up with .net rather than .com. Changed the email address, resent and it was returned with the same message. I did not attempt to call the customer service number because it was after their business hours.
