Description
I ordered two pairs of eyeglasses from Amerohome. The glasses arrived approximately 10 days after being ordered. I had hoped that what they said would be what they delivered but that was not the case. As soon as I put the glasses on, they distorted my vision. There’s no way I could drive a car with these on. I tried to contact the company, but they did not provide me within order number or a telephone number or an address. I was only able to contact them via email. After several back-and-forth emails, I was informed that I would have to send the products back to China to get a refund. The postage on that would be at least $30-$40. I tried to get to speak to someone unsuccessfully. Subsequently they charged my credit card twice without my authorization, once for pesticides and the other for a membership. Luckily the fraud department from my credit card contacted me immediately. I was issued a new credit card. So I am resorting to at least trying to inform others of the type of return policy they have.
