I found the vendor through the TikTok shop. When I balanced the order it took me to another website. I provided my name, mailing address, and credit card information. My card was charged $50.95. I never received a confirmation email from the company so i did some research and found a customer service email address [email protected]. They sent me a tracking number to a Chinese shipping company. They state the order was delivered to my address. They cannot tell me what service delivered the package (UPS, USPS, FED EX, etc). See tracking info below. I have asked for a refund but the company wants to keep the shipping cost which was free. We have been going back and fourth in email for a month.
