Description
Ad on Facebook. Appeared to be a quality shoe with features that I need (i.e. arch support, wide toe bed, sturdy walking/hiking shoe). Price was affordable. 30 day return policy. No indication that shoes would be shipped from overseas until after order was placed. In fact ads say made in USA. When arrived (about 2 weeks later), they were small, uncomfortable, cheaply made. No arch support. Narrow toe bed. When looking into return procedures, first of all, shoes had to be “unused”. Fortunately for me, they didn’t fit, but otherwise how does one know the comfortability of a shoe with our wearing it some? Secondly, return shipping is on customer (not surprising), but they would be sending an address in Asia to ship to. If made in USA, why am I shipping to Asia? After a few emails to find out this address, and further return procedures, I was offered by them to send me a different size for $32.95 and I could keep the first pair. I don’t think so! Still waiting for address to ship to, but I have little hope for getting my money back.
