Description
Saw an ad on instagram for a compact flashlight. Purchased. There was a tracking number provided and a tracking site, but it seemed a bit fishy. I assumed because it was shipping from China that that was the system used. Weird tracking site: https://tracking-hub.com/?nums=9236232361080021105 It took over a month and multiple emails to [email protected] to finally receive. The tracking website stopped providing updates for the first shipment and they said it was rejected by customs and would re-ship. They shipped with a new tracking number. Once it arrived, the item was obviously a 3d printed, low quality version of the actual advertised item. Very different from the pictures I had seen from other user reviews of the actual product. It had different, generic packaging, different from the real packaging shown by users. Fit and finish were so poor it barely functioned, but did technically turn on as a light. I tried to return as they have a 15 day 100% money back guarantee. They offered anywhere from $11-$27 USD as a solution. After very persistent emails to them and quoting their website return policy to them, they will not allow me to return the item with a pre-paid shipping label even though return shipping is also covered, per their website. return address is: 16th Zhangbaer Road, Ducheng Subdistrict 710065 Yanta District, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China I've ended the conversation with them and reporting here.
