Went on line to order FitBit bands. Placed order for 4 bands 2 black 1 red 1 snake skin Payed with my credit card with a delivery date 8/11/25. I received my order 8/15/25 with totally unusable mixed bands: 1 brown/ snake skin buckle end 1 brown/ red buckle end 2 brown/ black buckle end See attached pic I filed a dispute with my credit card co. I sent 2 different emails to Fitbands with no reply or replacement product as requested.
