Description
I ordered three items on the Benson and Clark website and after 10 business days hadn’t received an order number, a tracking number nor a shipping alert. I called the number Citibank gave me that they had associated with the charge and it was only a voicemail. The email on their website bounced back. I started to research in the Better Business Bureaus website and saw that it was a scam website. I called back Citi card and they reversed the charge and will have the fraud dept investigate. Interesting the continue to send emails with advertisements for new items they get in.
