Reached out to me to rent my property. It was listed on Zillow. Claimed to own Prism Locators who advertised with hospitals. Wanted to sublease home. No company website, no EIN, no mention of his company on the internet anywhere. References with no last name. Wanted one month free and access to the property prior to the lease starting. Gave an old website for a referral that is linked to a company that was sued and closed in 2023
