Description

I ordered 6 items from Hope Rings for a total of $172.50 on June 10, 2025. When nothing came by July 10, 2025, I reported to their customer support system. Response from them was they were sorry for the inconvenience and would look into the issue but I would need to give them order number and a list of the items i ordered. Which I did. On July 19, I was told that I would receive a refund within 3 to 5 days. Never happened, complained again and was told I would be refunded in 5 to 10 days. Again did not receive any refund. I kept letting them know the refund had not been received. Then on August 2, 2025 I was informed that in 24 to 48 hours I would be hearing from them and would receive the refund. I have not received or heard anything from them since and it is now August 23, 2025 and the Hope Rings Company has stopped responding with me all together. They still have the nerve too keep sending me emails asking how I liked their products and would I like to order more. I informed them, I never received the first product I ordered so how can I tell them if I liked them or not and would never order another product from them
