Advertising a CYBX Waveraptor for $189 on tiktok. When out in checking out, the payment was processed thru 'Shop pay'. Received a confirmation email with tracking info, which is false, have reached to the company 3 times via email with NO response. Filing a dispute with the d=credit card company
