Description
Stella and Stone popped up on an Instagram add, promoting a going out of business sale. It was prime click bait and I fell for it. I placed the order, then immediately realized it was a scam, and emailed email "info.stellastonela@gmail." demanding a refund. Their policy said you can cancel orders within an hour of order placement, and I was well within that hour. Only to be met with a "it's too late" email b/c of how fast their fulfillment process is. Order placed on Aug 2nd at 5:34 PM EST and tried to cancel at 5:47PM EST. So, I received the product 21 days later, and as I expected, it is cheap and not what was marketed. I reached out again for a refund and a return shipping label and they are now asking for photos and a reason for wanting the return. I sent them that info and am now awaiting a response. They switched email address to: [email protected] There is not address or phone number to be found. Others have been scammed too.
