Description

i saw this charge on my bank account, and not only did i not have any pets, i had never heard of the company before. i went online to find them, and called the customer service number. was told the money would be refunded within 5-7 days. it never was. i called again a few weeks later, this time told it would be refunded in 2-3 business days, it wasnt. so i've given enough time and was going to call today but found this and not sure if they are still in existance.
