This business keeps calling our family medical office in Mesa Az with patients date of birth names address and birthdate stating these patients are attempting to pay out of pocket for genetic testing. And when we call the patient to verify this information patients state they did not request this and that Prince labs called them telling the patients their doctors office ordered these labs when we didn't. They also have our providers NPI #'s and all contact information.
