Description
I saw an advertisement on TikTok for clothing. I went to the website it seem legitimate. I made a purchase for two pairs of jeans. I made the purchase on July 24, 2025, they never provided a shipping label, I contacted their customer support four times, not only did they not get back to me in a reasonable time, they didn’t provide a shipping or tracking label. I have several emails of me attempting to contact them as well too, they did message me back, but it was them saying they would send out the shipping label in which they never did. They failed to there has been a delay with the courier, in which it has been a month now and I still don’t have a label.
