Placed an order for 2 bug zappers. According to the tracking information, the product was marked as delivered on July 30, 2025. However, the product did not actually arrive until August 6, 2025. August 17, 2025, I initiated contact via email to request a return and full refund under the companies clearly advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. Since that date, I have exchanged six (6) emails with their support team between August 17 and August 21. Despite repeated and specific requests for the return address and any required instructions to complete the return, I have not been provided any return information. Instead, the company has responded each time with emails from different representatives, offering incremental percentages of the refund while insisting I keep the product—contrary to their stated return policy. This repeated refusal to provide a return address appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid fulfilling the advertised money-back guarantee and to keep monies paid. The email addresses associated with these communications include: [email protected] and [email protected], Additionally, the credit card transaction appears to be processed through Lithuania.
