Description
Their hair product was offered at a discounted price to try it. It wasn't until I cancelled that I found out that if I had cancelled BEFORE the next auto shipment I would be charged additional price. I actually cancelled AFTER the auto shipment and was told that I am not allowed to return it. This is not a normal practice. Although I'm told this information was agreed to, I never saw it or I would have never agreed to it as not every product is something that works for me or I want to continue.
