I contacted this company for a golden retriever on their Facebook page for Amazing Golden Retrievers Family. The guy whose name is Justin Michael Gross on August 7th about a female golden retriever puppy. We paid a payment of 350.00 on August 8th via cash app for the down payment. We also asked for update pictures of the puppy which were never given. We then were asked to provide a name for the puppy and our contact information for papers. On August 13th we were asked to pay for veterinary services in the amount of 264.77 also sent via cash app. We then heard on August 16th at 7:30 in the morning that his daughters medical condition had become worse and they needed to take care of her so they had arranged shipping to our home using Transland Express Logistics out of Los Angeles, CA with a contact name of Raymond whom is the person I had contact with after that. He sent a photo of receipt of shipment and told me I would hear from them to arrange delivery that day to which I explained we had gotten a place to stay halfway between our home and VT and would not be home as we were planning to pick up the puppy the following day at noon. He said he would talk to the shippers about changing it till after 4:00 the following day. On Sunday August 17th the company sent an email to mom who was to be the owner saying that we needed to get insurance on the puppy to be refunded at 95% of 300.00. I paid 313.75 via cash app. Then at 1:31 we received another email saying that we needed to pay for an updated crate for 510.00 refunded at 100%. I paid 508.80 via cash app. Then they told me they needed 230.00 for stamps refunded at 90%. I was then told that the puppy would be shipped and delivered by 4:30 that day. Then at 5:05 we got another email saying that the dog needed to be tagged and microchipped. I explained that I had already paid 264.77 to the seller to have this done. We were told that they couldn't get the chip to read on their device. They said I had to pay 710.00 at a 90% refund rate which I paid 703.8 and 20.59 via cash app to cover this. I was then told the dog would be delivered at 7:30 pm. I then received a word from the shipping company I needed to pay another 200 at 90% refund rate for stamps and the updated microchip. I paid 212.43 from cash app. I was then told it would be 8:30 pm that the dog would be delivered. They then said I needed to pay 350.00 to process my refunds as promised I told them I did not have this I was then asked to get a 100.00 gift card for apple. Then was told I did it incorrectly because I put it in my own wallet. At 2:47 today I paid 92.94 and another 100.00 towards the 350.00 as they had said I could do the day before. They then told me the dog would be here by 4:30 today. At 4:30 they told me I had to pay the remaining money or they will not deliver. I told them at this point that I was reporting this to the BBB, FBI, and FTC. They have continued to send messages but I have not answered. I have screenshots for it all but file is too large to send.
