Description
I received an email from an address I did not recognize that said: "Per ***** ********'s instruction, I'm forwarding the attached invoice for your Q2 2025 R&D consulting services and executive coaching engagement. Please review and process payment at your earliest convenience." I do not recognize that name or any other names associated with the email/ addresses. Attached was a PDF (the "invoice" referenced in the email) but I did NOT open it- DO NOT OPEN PDF'S FROM SKETCHY EMAILS. Anyway, the email appeared to be a chain between "*****" and the "LLC" in an attempt to give credibility to the exchange. I reported the email as a scam to my company's cyber security provider.
