Description
Purchased couch through tiktok via a direct link back to their website. Never received confirmation email so I had to email them asking for tracking. According to tracking it was delivered 2 weeks later on a day that I was home all day at the address of delivery, however it did not ever get delivered. It was a small budget friendly couch for $49.95. Back and forth emails with their customer service and they keep telling me to go outside and check to confirm it wasn't delivered.
