Description
They are masquerading as an online pharmacy to prescribe weight loss medicines like tirzepatide and GLP-1 drugs. They charge your card and then stop all communication. Their website looks pretty legitimate so I didn't realize until several days had gone by that no movement on my account had happened. When I messaged them (the only way to do so is through a chat box on their website: rxpros.com) they responded that my account was still being reviewed by a doctor. Several days after that I attempted to cancel my account with them and they stopped responding to me completely. I've reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, here at the BBB, and disputed the charge (over $750) with my credit card company.
