Description
I purchased the TagPal product, and an extra set of bands, and paid on checkout. It’s been about two weeks, and I still don’t have the product, but received a second charge for $29.99. I wrote the customer service email explaining the second charge, and asked for it to be refunded. Today, they wrote back and told me it was for a subscription, which I never signed up for. My receipt confirms what I paid for, and at no point was a subscription mentioned or agreed to.
