The company states that it offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, but fails to mention that a) the product does not work as promised, and b) the product must be shipped back to China at the buyer's expense for a full refund, BUT they will only issue this refund if the product has not been used at all. How is the buyer to know that the product does not work without using it?! Also, their website states that "we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States" but the disappointed customer has to ship the product to China?! Also customer service wrote that a prerequisite for getting the return instructions from them was to send them a "photo or a short video showing the item and its specific issue." As an alternative to shipping the product back, they offered a 20% refund (about $8) and the buyer can keep the product. Since it costs more than $8 to ship the product to China and there is no guarantee that they will refund me because it has been tested out, the buyer has no choice but to accept. This is essentially theft and is fraudulent. I have had to email customer service 5 separate times just to get the return information that I requested in my first email. This company should not be allowed to do business in the United States. Do not buy from Dermave.co
