On July 2, 2025 I oredered some supllements from Primo TRT for $59.95 from a TV advertisement. I called and placed an order. The promotion was for 2 bottles and get a 3rd one for free. Whenthe product arrived, I received 4 bottles - 2 bottles of what was discussed on the phone and 2 bottles not discussed or given permission to send or charge to my charge card. There was no packing slip, not invoice or sales receipt in the package received. The statement for the credit card I used did not arrive to my home until August 8, 2025. On the statement were two charges from VN Health out of Florida, one for $59.95 and one for $119.85. I called the number on my statement because I was not familiar with the company VN Health. To my surprise, it was for Primo TRT which I had to dig out of them to connect the dots. I told them that I wanted to return the product for a full refund and they told me I could not since it was the past the 30 days refund policy. I asked where that was written since I did not get any paperwork with the product. They told me a box on the website had to be checked which is the only place they disclose of the return policy. I hung up the phone and went to the website to verify if this was true only to find that the website was not accessible. I called the company back regarding this matter only to be told that I had to email someone from their care department in order to get access to the website. I told them I thought this was a very shady and underhanded way to conduct business. They did say they would not auto charge me for future product. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charges. The public needs to be made aware that this company is using false advertising practices, gake endorsement, fake kurgency and scarcity tactica coupled with click bait ads with aut-rebilling set up upon checkout. Something needs to be done to shut this company down.
