Our SubZero refrigerator freezer made a small leak of water that pooled on the kitchen floor overnight. I looked online for J & L Appliance which had repaired the electronics of our SubZero refrigerator once before, and was tricked by the website jandlappliance.co which did not belong to the actual authorized repair place. I was curious and our building was suspicious when the COI Insurance Certificate presented came from Authorize.Net and not J and L. However, a tech named Tim came June 23, 2025 to check out why the freezer was leaking water onto the floor. He determined it needed new gaskets and that the water line from the icemaker was old and dried out, probably leaking. He also said he would install some sort of 'heater' to keep water from condensing around that line. He went away, promising to order parts. He finally returned on July 11, 2025 with the parts and spent an hour, I am not sure what he did but the gaskets are definitely new and clean. However, within a week, ice started forming between the freezer drawer and outer door so that you have to break off a chunk of ice, maybe left by too tight a seal, each time you open the freezer door. The ice is also accumulating on the roof the the freezer unit. I have called several times, both Authorize.net and the sub-company, which turns out to be Wilshire Refrigeration. Co . with Eunie Rebusa in the office at 844-471-2981. I think this is the website: https://www.wilshirerefrigeration.support/ Authorize.net only has bots answering its phones. The Wilshire Refrigeration Co promises to send a technician but no one ever calls to make an appointment. The freezer unit is not working properly and I want it repaired or my money back. Please help me. Thank you.
