WAG, Western Asset Group, (Daniel Crane) contacted me and said I would be served papers (and named the county I reside in). Separately, they had a person (female - never identified herself) calling me (Ph# 817-866-8619) with "Preferred Courier Services" to tell me she has "certified mail" documents to be delivered, and it requires my signature. I informed her that normally certified documents are delivered by USPS. She got a little flustered, then told me to contact WAG. I contacted WAG and Daniel Crane stated the same info about delivering a Certified Mail package to me. He tried to obtain my DOB. However, I wouldn't verify it and informed him that I google searched their phone number and it is coming back as a Scam. He (Daniel), got immediately frustrated, threatened me with sending these documents to my employer and HR, then he hung up on me. A couple of minutes later, he (Daniel) called again, this time from the phone number (1111111111) and left me a voicemail that says the following...“Mr. (LAST NAME) this is Daniel Crane you called my office a moment ago, and you refused to identify yourself and then you insulted us by calling us a scam I can assure you, Mr. (LAST NAME) this is not a scam. And just so you know, we are going through human resources to verify your employment and place those documents from (County I Live in) with your human resources department at the bank. Should you or your attorney have any questions with regards to the documents forthcoming I would recommend that you contact the plaintiff. That number is 844-677-1732. Good luck.…”
