I placed an order on Preston & Payton United States website for 4 pairs of "leather orthopedic shoes". Nearly 4 weeks later I received, from China, plastic and pleather shoes with scuffs and scratches. I contacted them immediately and over the next week they had me jumping through hoops to obtain a refund (asking for pictures and videos), only responding to my emails in the middle of the night and not giving me the information I was requesting. The products they sent me were not as represented on the website. Untimely they offered an exchange for other products on their website, or a 20% refund and I could keep the shoes. They refused to give me a mailing address to return the shoes, refused to give a full refund, and would not let me speak to a representative or supervisor. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
