Took a personality test online and was told it was for a one-time charge of $1.99. After the original one-time $1.99 charge I discovered they had set up an unauthorized monthly subscription of changing amounts without consent or clear approval. We got an original email saying $1.99 would be charged to our account and that it would appear as personpay.net. But there were varying amounts charged to our visa each month under mypersonality.net specifically. We contacted them and they asked for a screen shot of charges which we sent and then they finally claimed they had only charged us $27.88 once. We are having the bank remove the charges as fraudulent. There was no place on website to cancel a subscription or anything. Apparently they are affiliated with Character Types LLC and gyfted.me. When I went back to the website and tried to even take one of their personality tests I would click access test and it would take me to their pricing page so even if they had unethically signed us up for a renewing subscription, the account information on the website said current rate: free even though they were taking a lot of money for some premium subscription. I videotaped this farce and sent that to them and they just wanted a screen shot of transactions. scammers and liars. As usual.
