I'm extremely disappointed with AT&T's handling of a fraud case I experienced. Despite being a loyal customer for over seven years, I fell victim to a scam involving the promise of free devices, resulting in an enormous bill. The fraud department disregarded the evidence I provided, which I believe would be sufficient for legal action, but I cannot afford an attorney. AT&T continues to deduct payments from my account, and I was told that disputing the charges would lead to the closure of my account.
