Description

I purchased a new printer eBay.and setup an account. Then the phone rang. A foreign person told me he represented Canon and he would help me set up my new printer but what he was really doing was gaining excess to my computer. Then towards the end he offered me a security plan that sounded pretty good. After all it was backed by Microtron Tech., Canon, Microsoft. I was supposed to get 3 years of service for $299.99. Well they messed up my computer so bad I can hardly use it. I can't get on or recover it. And I can tell they still have control of it. Anything I try to do to uncover them I got blocked. I told them to give me a refund. They said that it would cost me $121.00. I'm forced to do a complete cleaning of my computer. The last time I had contact with them they denied they had any knowledge of a transaction with me. I'm still trying to get a refund.
