Letter sent in the mail asking for the recipient to call the given number with the vehicle's VIN and current mileage in order to "activate coverage or you will be at risk of being financially liable after your factory warranty expires". the letter has a printed signature with the name Catherine Beaumont with the title of program coordinator listed beneath.
