I received a call and voicemail from the number noted in my complaint that I would be losing my 50% discount for internet service with Xfinity effective today. I called the number back and was told my rate would double starting with my next billing cycle or I could claim a new discount offered for less than my current plan rate if I paid 18 months in advance for the service. I can’t reach anyone with Xfinity to confirm this is fraudulent. Not was I able to speak to a supervisor to voice a formal complaint and offer customer feedback for this issue.
