I was researching weight loss programs and came across Lipo-Max. I was referred to a podcast that included extensive research and a strong endorsement from Oprah Winfrey. They initially advertised a 6 month trial for $376.00. After I had paid them, it was indicated that I would need an additional 6 month supply or the program would not be successful and their product was in short supply...with an additional cost of $476.00. I was again approached to assure success I needed some gummy supplements that would cost approximately an additional $200! I immediately cancelled the entire order via phone message and email. I contact my bank, and explained with desire for a refund and cancellation of the product. Lipo-Max initially did not answer their phone or respond to my email. I did received communication within 24 hours and my refund was provided. They shipped the product anyway....and I had to pay shipping costs to return it. They were difficult to track down, pinging calls and references between Cartpanda, and contact@4unature. They offered a 50% discount if I would reconsider the decision to return it. This company is targeting women who really want to loose weight and are vulnerable to their scam process. I am glad I did not proceed, but there was a very hard sell process sequenced in hierarchical tiers aimed at progressively extracting more money from the customer. If the product was as successful as marketed, I felt they wouldn't be pressing for a full year's purchase.
