Description

they advertise on facebook and the ad is larger than normal and the only way to remain on the site you want to be on is to click a little button at the very top-it is not easily visible and you would really need to look to see it. My husband is older and not very techy and was easily duped by the ad-he thought he was signing up for the product he had originally seen. When I reached out via a chat on their website it was all automatically generated language and I was not able to speak via chat to an actual person. They did agree to stop all future charges but would not refund the initial charge. My husband also tried to call them on the 898 number and he could not understand them properly and at one point the person actually hung up on him. That is why I went to find their website and tried the chat.
