I am filing this complaint due to an unresolved issue with Exaluna related to a transaction that has not been properly addressed. There is no valid phone number available to contact their customer service, and emails sent to their support address only receive automated responses with no meaningful follow-up or assistance. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and resolve the matter directly with Exaluna, I have not received any resolution, refund, or acknowledgment of my concerns. Additionally, I have noticed that Exaluna deletes TikTok comments from customers who warn others about problems with their service, which is concerning and suggests a lack of transparency. This combination of poor communication, unhelpful customer service, and attempts to silence dissatisfied customers has caused me significant frustration and financial inconvenience. I am requesting the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to help facilitate a fair resolution and to encourage Exaluna to improve their customer service and responsiveness.
