I ordered 2 boxes of BrowPro for $19.24. When I received the order, there were 7 boxes. I was charged 3 times—two charges for $19.24 and one for $51.36. I emailed them requesting a refund of the $70.60 I did not authorize. I was first told I could get a 30% refund, then later offered a 50% refund or a full refund. I told them I wanted the full refund of $70.60.

I agreed to pay for the 2 boxes I ordered for $19.24 but not for the other charges. I called customer service at 888-808-8728 and was given another number, 833-633-1816. They gave me an address to send the product back, but the post office said it was not a valid address. The return city was listed as Astoria, NY. The charges on my card were made by Amazing Beauty Picks in Little Rock, Arkansas.
