Description
I ordered a koala bear that is supposed to have AI movements that move when you move. What I got was a stuffed animal for $80. When I contacted the company about this, they claimed I bought the basic version not the real one and I replied and showed them that on their website there is no option for a basic version just small or large and I bought a large. Once they confirmed yes you got the wrong thing. They offered to send me a return label, but I have to pay for the shipping all the way back to the UK and then they would give me a full refund. They claim that’s on the website and nowhere on the website. Does it say the customer would be responsible for the payment of shipping. I screenshot it it and told them I said, and then I said if this is on your website, please show it to me and they have yet to answer. They have argued with me back-and-forth that this is just a basic version. It’s a stuffed animal. Why would a basic stuffed animal cost $80? That’s ridiculous. They are refusing to work with me or give me a refund or pay for the shipping to return it back.
