Description
I received a letter heading "Domain Name Expiration Notice" www.itod.com and asked me to pay $265 for 5yrs renewal fee to use my website last year and it was paid. I recently obtained the same notice and I told them it was paid last year and why it charged me annually. Their support team emailed me and replied they never rcvd my payment last year on 8/2/25 Sat 10:09pm California time from Buffalo, NY. Finally, my son is a software engineer and found out it was scam, fraud. You are kindly requested to investigate the case and to prevent more people lost their money. Thank you.
