I ordered three of the so-called Solymall BookHaven Mugs because they looked absolutely stunning on the website—I truly thought I was purchasing a piece of art. However, when I returned from a four-week trip and finally opened the package, my excitement turned into frustration and anger. The mugs I received were nothing like what was advertised. The quality was shockingly poor, and the design looked like a cheap knockoff, with smeared paint attempting to mimic the beautiful artwork shown online. I paid $30 per mug, and what I received was a worthless, poorly made cup. When I tracked the shipment, I noticed it was coming from China, which immediately raised red flags since the website gave no indication it was an overseas order. This was clearly a scam—neither the product nor the seller can be trusted.
