Description
VinHistoryUSA says they will provide you a detailed report via Vehicle VIN number, for a onetime fee of $1. They never mention anything about a subscription. The report was lacking and only provided vague information, that I'm not even sure was wholly correct/true. 5 days after my $1 purchase, they then debited my account for $29.95 for a subscription I did not sign up for. I contacted their customer service chat who advised me to use their cancellation link to cancel the subscription, I tried the link and received an error. I was then advised to to send an email to [email protected] for further assistance, which I did. I was once again advised to use the link. I told them the link did not work and sent them the screenshot of the error I recieved. I did not receive another email back. I then tried to reach out to their customer service phone number +1 385-452-4101 which just rings, then starts playing "hold music" then advises you the person you are trying to reach is not available and disconnects the call. This website is %100 a scam. They do not provide the service they offer, and then they sign you up for a bogus subscription that you seemingly cannot cancle.
