I lost health insurance from my job, I went to the internet looking for one. I found one called Multiplane Plan 100 charging $300.00 a month plus 100.00 for enrollment. When the card came, it said clearly it was not a health insurance and my doctor didn't take it. I cancelled. They gave my money back. Different agents kept on calling me regarding health insurance. When those people called me offering health insurance, by hearing Multiplane, it rang a bell and I decided not to take it. The guy transfer my call to Gregory who was supposed to be the agent. He told me this is different, we are Everest under Multiplane . He explained all the benefits that I was qualified for and changed me $235.00+per month and 25.00 enrollment fee. When the card came. My doctor didn't recognize it. I kept on calling them, they kept on telling me your doctor is in our network, but no one contacted my doctor to clarify. After 3 months of back and forth, I finally got to put them on the line with my doctor's office. After long discussion about the plan. They made arrangement with the office to pay 30.00 co- pay. I went to the doctor in April, they never pay anything , the doctor send me a bill in july to pay the remaining balance; which I did. I was so upset, I called to cancel, they refused to cancel me, they kept on asking questions,. When I explained to to them what happened, they said, the doctor never sent a claim. I did not call to report anything. Every single day they kept on harassing me saying asking why I applied for cancellation, they can offer me a better insurance plan while they know for true this is not health insurance. Since they did not provide any medical bills for me I simply want my money back and for them to stop calling me.
