On July 17, 2024 I tried to buy a package deal with Leisure Tours for Universal Studios and this company & this phone number. I paid $2,160 for what I thought was hotel and tickets. Leisure sent me a VIA email copy of the ititnerary and said I could print the tickets. All I had to do was upload the document that was sent. In the looking there was no tickets, no hotel tickets * was not able for us to upload or download the document to print. We therefore called Leisure (Justin Walter) and he said we must upload the info- we tried about 10 tim but it did not work. We called him and comfirmed the information. He said that he had no time to help us because he was leaving and had no computer in his car. We asked him to help us again but he said he had no time again. Then I asked "Is this a fraud?" And I told him I was cancelling because I thought for sure this was a fraud. I notfied my bank and they cancelled my CC, but charges were investigated and Leisure (Merchant) provided information that Hollywood said I checked in as a customer. I have appealed this three times with my CC and cancelled Hollywood VIP hotel noumores times. The hotel will not release information regarding cancellation to my CC holder. I'm trying to resolve this matter, otherwise I have no choice but to consult a lawyer. Thank you, ******* ******.
