I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent purchase of two shirts from your store. Additionally, the items had a strong smell of smoke, and the fabric was not wrinkle-free as advertised. Both shirts arrived with visible wrinkles and flimsy, miss shaped collars, which does not align with the product description.
