Its been over a month of daily calls- numerous times throughout the day coming in from different 401 area code numbers. I tried blocking some of the phone numbers, but it still continues and just comes in under a different phone number. The message is from a prerecorded woman stating the same thing ...calling from underwriting about the loan request, that the file is sitting on their desk and they just need to review a few questions regarding income and address. I haven't applied for any loan and these calls are now affecting my life. It is beyond the point of HARASSMENT! If nothing is done then its time to take this to all types of media and seek representation.
