Description
Ad was supposedly representing a Jeweler going out of business/retirement. I didn’t investigate the business prior to placing an order for 4 items-my misfortune. The jewelry pictured on Website looked attractive. However, what I received looked like mass produced junk…the styles were similar to what I saw online but clearly a poor, cheaply made imitation. Not worth what I paid…I would not wear it and really couldn’t give any of it as a gift to anyone else. Can I dispute this charge with the Bank that issued the card?
